Recruiting in Brussels: Intern / Stagiare

Over the last 10 years, Success 121 has supported service-organisations to grow value with their customers, to work together in engaging ways and thereby achieve sustainable results in less time.

Business in Belgium continues to grow, even in the downturn. We are therefore looking for a fulltime intern / stagiare to assist us in the Brussels office (near Montgomery), to communicate our message and engage with other organisations.

Typical tasks:

• sending niche-messages as per the weekly communications plan,
• offering webcasts, events and publications,
• making follow-up calls to people who have expressed interest,
• assisting with workshops and events
• coordinating with the team in the UK
• managing the online resource-library
• actively inputting into future development
• administering assessments and evaluations,

The key qualities we are looking for include: high potential, commitment to a shared vision, accuracy, ability to juggle priorities, enthusiasm, care, curiosity, genuine interest in other people and organisations, self-organisation, ability to learn and communicate.

As this is a communications role, knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage ... though still secondary to the qualities described above. Fluent English however is needed. This role is fulltime, and would not suit freelance / independents, nor people wishing to work from home.
