Profile - Wim Van Acker

Wim uses a method called "Appreciative Enquiry" which as a coachee I found to be a great way of tapping into my own hidden reserves. For over 10 years, Wim has been active in training and coaching; and he is passionate about helping people to reconnect to their talents and vision.

Wim started his career in the financial sector and evolved into training and coaching afterwards. His background as an NLP practitioner and Appreciative Inquiry facilitator together with his experience in both small and large organisations serves him in his coaching program, 'The Outstanding Professional'.

Many people find that Wim's strength is that he easily empathises with people and consequently understands the core of the problem very quickly. Apart from that he's a born inquirer (questioner) who’s ultimate goal is to guide people to discover their focus that leads to success. Not surprisingly, the results include more satisfaction, higher revenue and a better work-life balance.
