“The Outstanding Professional” Development Programme
These are the key elements of the programme, which have dramatically boosted
the fees and lifestyles of over 350 professionals.
- One-to-one mentoring (by telephone). Individual
calls are invaluable in enabling participants to address specific issues
and implement the key shifts in planning, pricing and prospecting. Calls
are scheduled through the ‘members’ section of the Success
121 website as often as you need them – booked one at a time via
a diary system. All members have access to John’s private number
to enable them to speak on an ad-hoc basis where needed, plus unlimited
email access via a confidential address.
- Telefora. Twice monthly, pre-scheduled conference
calls addressing the specific shifts needed to move from expert to Outstanding
Professional. Issues such as strategic alliances, scheduling, winning
trust, creating reserves, PR and marketing, client grading, email handling,
pricing, getting referrals from the right clients and a host of other
key topics are addressed and experiences shared. All calls are recorded
and placed in the ‘members’ area of the website, so that
even if a member is unable to attend they can still gain the benefits.
- Three one-day workshops enable the whole community
of Outstanding Professionals to meet together as a group, foster professional
association and share successes and experiences. The workshops cover
specific topics that affect professionals and provide another medium
for support and development.
- A ‘members’ area of the website and
an exceptional email support system provide a range of tools, assessments
and workbook materials. Through these resources members are provided
with a bulletin-board and easy access to the coach, other professionals
and their communities. They also facilitate shared experiences and business
development between members within the Success 121 community.
- Strategic focus groups form as members in related
professions get together to brainstorm new approaches to market, form
strategic alliances or act as advisory boards for each other. The
Success 121 support team are used as a valuable source of support
for copywriting, sourcing of trusted service-providers, administration,
web-design and marketing, arranging workshops and dealing with technical
issues.
